Ok, in all seriousness, I have no idea what this person is doing because they're speaking some kind of ancient spider language. This channel does a lot of parodies of the infamous Beatles cartoon (and a strange amount of Mr. Magoo content?), and from what I've seen they can be lewd in nature.
