Here at the Mixels Wiki we do expect users who are younger than the Wikia requirement of 13 years or older. (Users have an account) If you are younger than 13 we do not suggest you make an account. There is a matter lack of maturity and understanding the rules when you are younger than 13. (even if you don't notice it) If you don't care to listen to these warnings, don't post your age anywhere that it could be found. You will be blocked, no questions asked.

In short, stay on the wiki if you are younger than 13(without an account). You don't need an account.

I have a question: If there's an underaged staff member that turns 13, will that said user still have the rights or get demoted?

We need to keep it open in case of questions...even though we keep telling over and over to LISTEN to only putting questions on it, rather than spelling out ages and stuff.
