The Medix Max can be built using parts combined from Mixels sets 41569 Surgeo, 41570 Skrubz, and 41571 Tuth. Extra parts are left over after construction. Instructions will be available on the LEGO website downloads page.

- At the Nuremberg Toy Fair, pieces from the MCFD Max were used for the build.
- He resembles an ambulance and a dentist.
