Jimtemplate This article is about something that was never released

This article may contain speculation ahead, as the subject never had a known release.

An untitled episode may have been produced for the first season of Mixels. This episode's existence can be proven through an unused score track by Kevin Manthei.[1]

Synopsis[]

While not currently confirmed by any of the crew, the following synopsis was erroneously released on Zap2it attached to Mixed Up Special:

Impromptu jam session attracts the attention of a new tribe.[2]

It is believed by fans to be attached to this episode due to Kevin Manthei's score resembling a musical performance, as well as the production order placing it at the end of Series 1's shorts (indicating the "new tribe" would be one from Series 2). However, this is only speculation.

Trivia[]

  • The synopsis was originally discovered by fans in early 2016 and was believed to be that of a special for Series 7 prior to its reveal, primarily due to that series's inclusion of a music-themed tribe.
    • It is worth noting additionally that Mixed Up Special's original broadcast in the United States was listed on Zap2it as a standalone special, not as an episode of the Mixels series; this listing did not have the incorrect synopsis, hence why this error went unnoticed for some time.
