Do you have advice for staff? Tips? Even if you're a staff yourself, voice them here! I may add some to the thread!

Eh, maybe not abusing your chat powers as an advantage, which may be unfair to regular users, and instead use it for good and when it's needed instead of spam and other stuff? *coughs*

The only thing I have is more aimed towards Joshua mostly. If you're going to remove something from an article think about whether or not it actually needs to be removed. Some of the stuff he's removed is stuff that shouldn't be.
Well, there could've been something telling me this. I mean, sure I get a few edits undone, but what about everything you said?
Also, such as?

I think chatmods should be more aware of spam. I mean, they CAN spam for fun, but don't get too overboard. If things went down like that, chatmods should warn the users who spam to tone down the spamming, or stop it. If the user refuses to stop, kick 'em.
